5. I accidentally deposited the wrong amount. What should I do?

1. How can I cash out my winnings?

Before you request your withdrawal, you need to submit your documents for verification. There are 3 main steps that you need to pass to receive your winnings:
1) Documents approval. You're sending us the documents to confirm your personal details. Once your documents are received, it takes up to 4 business days for our Finance department to check them. You will receive an email confirmation about the final status from the Finance department.
2) Withdrawal request approval. Once you've requested the withdrawal, it takes 2-7 business days for our Finance to approve your request.
3) The funds hit your balance. It takes from 48 hours to 10 business days, depending on the withdrawal method chosen.
